Ben Aldridge

Bank of Yazoo President & CEO Ben Aldridge is a seasoned community banking executive with more than 25 years of banking experience. A native of West, Ben has held leadership roles with SouthTrust, BBVA Compass, and Trustmark Bank before joining Bank of Yazoo in 2020 as COO and Metro President, later becoming President & CEO in 2023. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Mississippi Guaranty Pool Board. Ben is passionate about relationship banking and community engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Alabama at Birmingham and is also a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking.

Ben has served in various community and non-profit leadership roles in the past including Trustee of Tougaloo College, Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of Downtown Jackson Partners, Operation Shoestring, and Leadership Greater Jackson.

Ben and his wife Meredith live in Fondren with their two children and are active members of St. James Episcopal Church.
